Halloween Magic in Herne Hill With Amigo’s Magic
Something magical is coming to Herne Hill this Halloween, and your little witches, ghosts and monsters are invited.
On Saturday 31 October 2026, Herne Hill Forum’s Halloween Celebration returns to Station Square, outside Herne Hill Station, from 5pm to 7pm. With free activities, fancy dress and live magic, it’s a lovely excuse to gather the family and enjoy Halloween together in South London.
A little Halloween magic
South London magician Amigo from Amigo’s Magic will be joining the celebrations with a Halloween magic show for families.
There’s something special about watching magic happen right in front of you. Children lean in, parents try to work out the secret, and suddenly everyone is sharing the same moment of surprise. That’s the spirit of this evening, a chance to enjoy a live show together, surrounded by the excitement of Halloween.
If you’re planning your family’s evening, make time for the magic alongside the other activities. The celebration runs from 5pm to 7pm; the magician’s individual performance time will be added here once confirmed.
More than a trick-or-treat stop
The fun continues around Station Square, with face painting, a ghost hunt and an unlucky dip on the programme. Upstairs in Station Hall, the free family Halloween disco gives little monsters somewhere to show off their dance moves.
Come dressed as a witch, a wizard, a skeleton or something entirely of your own invention. Fancy dress is encouraged, and everyone is welcome.
Organised by Herne Hill Forum, this community celebration brings local families together for an evening of Halloween fun, with plenty to explore at your own pace.
