Leila Dyer2 September 2026We booked Amigo’s Magic for our son’s 10th birthday for him and a small group of friends. It was one of the best entertainer-led parties we have ever had. Simon was absolutely brilliant and the kids had the best time ever - even weeks down the line the party guests were still talking about it. He even had us and the other parents laughing! Absolutely brilliant from start to finish - would highly recommend and would look to use again in the future. Thank youPosted on Google
Victoria22 August 2026I hired Simon for my 22nd birthday party, and I cannot thank him enough for making the day wonderful!! It was engaging, funny, and everything I dreamed of. Rachel Harris17 August 2026Amigo put an a brilliant show for a joint birthday party! The children were completely captivated, interacting and laughing all the way through. It's truly a skill to capture the undivided attention of a bunch of excitable 6 year olds for an hour continuously, particularly in sweltering heat. Amigo brought so much energy and comedy to the show that it entertained the adults as much as the children! I'd definitely recommend to anyone looking for some magic and entertainment for any event. Thank you so much Amigo!Posted on Google

Laurence Peck16 July 2026We had Amigo’s Magic for my daughter’s 10th birthday party. Simon had all the children (about 20) and the adults captivated from start to finish. Rodney Rootsaert2 May 2026Amigo's Magic recently attended Alleyn's Oakfield school as part of a PTA Event for Year 1 and 2 students. We cannot recommend Simon (Amigo) enough, he was very professional and turned up on time. The children absolutely loved the show, were engaged for the full hour and Amigo can definitely command a room. The children are still today castings spells with their magic wands following the event.Posted on Google
Anna Johnson14 April 2026Simon was the perfect host for my 6-year-old’s birthday party. From the moment guests arrived to the moment they left, everyone felt entertained and well looked after. Several parents commented that it was one of the most well-organised children’s party they had ever attended, which is a testament to Simon’s thoughtful approach to entertainment and music. His extensive experience as an entertaining magician doing family shows really shone through. He completely took the pressure off by confidently managing and engaging all 20 children, and their parents, keeping them focused and entertained throughout the two hours, with just the right amount of breaks. My daughter especially liked the part where she was made to feel special as the birthday girl and had the chance to have a white rabbit sit in her lap. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! I highly recommend Simon.Posted on Google

Lorna Unwin8 February 2026We recently used Amigo the Magician to put on two back-to-back one-hour magical performances for our primary and secondary schools. The fundraising event was organised by the Friends of Kents Hill Park School PTA. Amigo made it effortless to organise by providing us with flyer and poster templates to promote the event at the school. On the day of the show, Amigo arrived well in advance of the performance time to set up. He took the time to interact with the children while in the foyer, and got them involved in a few warm-up tricks and games before the show started. The act itself was a brilliant combination of light-hearted comedy/humour and mind-boggling magical mystery, with Amigo drawing upon the many enthusiastic young volunteers from the audience to assist with the acts. There was a raffle held, with the winning ticket receiving a magic compendium set; this prize was also part of the package. At the end of the show, the audience had the opportunity to pet and stroke the magical star rabbit of the show, and were able to purchase a wide selection of magical tricks provided by Amigo. All we had to do was man the stall. Overall, the event raised an impressive £875 for our PTA funds. Coupled with sales of merchandise, raffle tickets and refreshments, we made over £1,050! We would highly recommend Amigo the Magician to anyone looking to organise a fundraising event or entertainment for a party.Posted on Google

Kate Bull20 October 2025The whole show was an absolute delight - for adults and kids alike. Simon showed up, assessed the audience, buttered up likely small helpers who were brimming with excitement even before kick off. He even cut a 7 year old in half (and put him together again) - and you don't see that every day. Really greatPosted on Google

Chez Taylor - Saxophone14 April 2025Simon was just amazing! It was fairly chaotic & everything was running behind when he arrived. Simon coolly & calmly got himself set up, didn’t ask any questions & took control which is exactly what we needed. When it came to his performance he set expectations clearly yet amiably so children & adults knew that showtime meant quiet so everyone could focus & enjoy it. He also suggested that if any adults wanted to catch up they could go into the kitchen which worked really well. Both kiddos & grown ups were mesmerised by his show. So much comedy which tickled both young & old. He managed to cater to a tricky group maintaining focus throughout - we had a mix of age 2-10 year olds. We loved every minute of the show. Would highly recommend!Posted on Google

Jennifer Meer14 January 2025Highly recommend! We just hosted my son’s 4th birthday party with Amigo’s Magic (Simon) as the entertainer - and we all had the best time! My son loved the magic tricks (which were perfect for the age group 3-6 yo), and the balloon sword fighting was a true highlight for the kids, as well as the parents. It was a truly fun and special event. Would definitely book again and recommend to others! Thank you Simon.Posted on Google

Katrin Weir10 November 2024We booked Simon (Amigo’s Magic) for our 6 year olds’ birthday party and absolutely loved his show. The children were mesmerised and enjoyed the show from beginning to end. Simon kept them captivated and laughing throughout. We got a lot of positive feedback from the parents, who also enjoyed the show. I booked Simon after I had previously seen his Show at a charity event - where I had been impressed and so were my children (6, 10, 13). He did some magic tricks with my 13yo after the show and we just couldn’t figure it out. Thank you for making our party special!Posted on Google

Amber27 September 2024This is a very delayed review that I have been meaning to do since we got married in May! Simon was the magician at our wedding and - although we didn't get to see his magic ourselves - numerous guests have commented on the amazing magic on the night and has become quite the talking point! I'm sad we missed it ourselves but am so glad it provided magical memories for our guests. Would 100% recommend. Thanks again Simon!Posted on Google

sabrina bossard9 July 2024We hired Simon again this year for our son’s 7th birthday party after a great experience with him 2 years ago. We had a last minute change of venue due to the weather which meant moving from a big outdoor space to a small room at the top of a local pub. With around 30 kids and their parents/carers expected, Simon might have been within his rights to cancel. However, he adjusted immediately to the new surroundings and in no time had the room full of kids under his spell. His show mixed tricks and jokes (for young and old) with audience participation which kept the kids laughing and entertained for a good 2 hours. The magical appearance of the rabbit was a big hit! We highly recommend him.Posted on Google
Bradley Woodus2 July 2024Brilliant Magician!! I have never seen 20 children sit so still! Everyone was absolutely captivated. Not only was the magic on point, he was also very funny! I would highly recommend.Posted on Google

Much appreciated.Posted on Google
Cora Henwood7 June 2024We had Simon (Amigo) perform at our street party. He was quickly surrounded by the younger children who were thoroughly engrossed in his interactive show. Older children and adults looked on fascinated. All the children left with something which was a nice touch. His show is very professional and he has all the gear to entertain. He didn’t rush off after which gave the children an opportunity to chat to him and stroke the rabbit. I would gladly recommend Simon to anyone. He is very experienced and adaptable. He knew how to make the adults laugh too.Posted on Google

Alexis Barr17 September 2023Amigo's magic performed a 1hr show for our son's 7th birthday party. We had a rowdy crowd of 28 kids and Simon had them captivated. The adults also loved it. There were genuine "wows" and screams when he performed the white rabbit trick (no spoilers!) and lots and lots of laughing. He had them all participating in the magic and apparently they all went home and were telling their parents all about it. Now many of them want magic sets and rabbits for Christmas! Amigo's also offer party bags for a very reasonable price which we also took and the kids loved. Easy to book and very professional in all aspects. Highly recommend!Posted on Google
